These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and six6a ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of all services, products, and features available at six6a.io. These Terms apply to all forms of activity on the Platform, including sports betting, live casino gaming, slot play, virtual sports, and any other interactive product that six6a may introduce from time to time.

If multiple accounts are detected, six6a reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets or bonus balances, and retain any winnings derived from the use of multiple accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. six6a will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or telephone. You must notify the support team immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. six6a will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised account access where the breach was caused by your failure to maintain credential security.

six6a operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit identity documents — including a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence — and proof of address at any stage, including at the time of first withdrawal, when activity patterns trigger a review, or when required by our compliance team. Failure to complete KYC within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is complete.

All deposits to a six6a account are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and Visa/Mastercard debit cards. • Third-Party Funding: You may only fund your account using payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including those belonging to family members — are not permitted and will be flagged for review.
• Currency: All account balances, bets, and transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). six6a does not currently support multi-currency accounts.

Players may request withdrawals of verified real-money balances (excluding locked bonus funds) at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, in accordance with anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations.

• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Identity Verification: A completed KYC verification is required before any withdrawal can be processed. six6a reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of identity checks.

All sports bets placed on the six6a platform are governed by the specific sport rules applicable to the relevant event and market. In the event of a conflict between general Platform rules and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules shall prevail. The following general betting and gaming provisions apply across all products.

A bet is not confirmed until the Platform has returned a bet receipt with a unique reference number. six6a reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where the odds were published due to a manifest error, where suspicious activity has been detected on the relevant event, or where the bet exceeds the applicable stake limits for the market.

Bets may be declared void in circumstances including, but not limited to: event cancellation or abandonment without a result being reached, manifest pricing errors, market suspension due to suspicious activity, or force majeure events. Voided bets are refunded to the player's account balance at the original stake value.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the six6a Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant authorities.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any mechanical or electronic device to place bets or make gaming decisions without direct human input.
• Collusion with other players or with any third party to gain an unfair advantage in multiplayer games, poker, or any team-based betting activity.

• Providing false identity information at registration or during KYC verification.

By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

All data transmissions between your device and the six6a Platform are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. six6a does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with identity verification providers, payment processors, and fraud prevention services strictly as required to operate the Platform and fulfil legal obligations.

six6a reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
